摘要

理性的农村劳动力会对非农转移与农业内部转移的收益进行比较,并结合其对转移成本的支付能力做出转移选择,而转移成本深受劳动力家庭资源禀赋的影响。实证结果显示:农户家庭劳动力转移选择与家庭资源禀赋密切相关,相较于非农转移,农内转移虽然是农户最大化家庭收益的次优选择,却也是控制转移风险和费用的最优选择。因此,要结合现阶段产业发展的实际,合理配置农村劳动力资源,为乡村振兴战略稳步推进提供人力资源保障。
        The rational rural labor force will compare the benefits of off-farm transfer and on-farm transfer before making the transfer choices based on their ability to pay for the transfer costs. Since the cost of transfer is mainly influenced by rural resident's household resource endowment. The empirical study analyzes the impact of household resource endowments on the rural labor on-farm transition and off-farm transition. The results show that labor transfer choices in rural households are closely related to the human capital, economic capital, natural capital, and social capital of household. Although the on-farm transition is the sub-optimal choice of rural households to maximize family income, it is still the optimal choice for households to control the risks and costs of transfer. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the current situation of agricultural industrial development and allocate reasonably, so as to the rural labor resources provide the safeguard of human resources for the steady promotion of the rural rejuvenation strategyis.

    (1)2007～2017年间,中国农民的工资性收入(即外出打工收入)增加最多,从1596元增加到5498元,比例提高为41%;农牧业生产净收入从1745元增加到3391元,比例下降为26%,就业的工农差距依然是我国农户收入分化的主要原因。
    (2)转移收益仅考量农村劳动力的转移净收入,即:转移收益=转移收入-转移成本。
