摘要
在热轧生产工艺中,钢坯经过粗轧机轧制成中间坯,中间坯有着不规则的头部和尾部,采用飞剪进行剪切。飞剪剪切的精度和稳定性主要依赖飞剪前检测器,提早或延迟检测到带坯会使飞剪动作提前或延迟,影响剪切精度;在带坯中部位置发生误信号,会使飞剪发生误剪切。采用两种不同类型检测器联合使用的方案,用以同时提高带坯检测稳定性和带坯头尾检测精度。方案投入使用后效果明显,因飞剪误剪切造成的产线故障时间和质量损失明显下降。
        In the hot rolling production process,the billet becomes the middle billet after rolling through the rough rolling mill,the middle billet has irregular head and tail,and the crop shear cuts the head and tail of the middle billet.The precision and stability of cropr shear mainly depend on the detector in front of crop shear,early or delayed detection of the belt billet will make the crop shear action in advance or delay,affecting the shear accuracy.The middle of the belt billet error signal,will cause the crop shear error cut.Two different types of detectors are used in combination to improve the stability of the middle billet detection and the accuracy of the detection with the head and tail of the billet.The effect of this technical scheme is obvious after it is put into use,and the fault time and quality loss of the production line caused by the wrong cut of crop shear are obviously reduced.
