摘要

介绍了轴流式止回阀流道、弹簧和阀瓣对流通能力的优化设计,分析了优化设计后阀门的流通能力,论述了阀门既满足低压差开启的要求,又有效增加了阀门的流通能力,减少了流体通过阀门的压力损失。
        Introduces the optimal design of flow capacity for axial flow check valve based on internal passageway,spring and disc,analyses the flow capacity of valve after optimal design,it is demonstrated that after optimal design the valve can both meet the requirement of low pressure differential opening,and improve the flow capacity of valve effectively,as well as reduce the pressure loss through valve.
