摘要
结构设计的智能化,对于提升设计效率、实现技术创新具有重要的意义。针对雷达结构设计多品种、少批量、更新换代快的特点,对现有结构设计的手段和方法、数字样机、信息化技术的现状进行了研究,总结了现阶段的主要问题,提出了基于设计制造一体化平台构建、全三维协同设计、智能数据管理、智能工具集成的雷达智能化设计技术实现方法。该研究对于提升雷达结构设计效率和设计的智能化,发挥其在科研生产中的指导作用具有重要的意义,最后提出了结构设计技术的发展方向。
        Intelligent structure design is of great significance for improving design efficiency and realizing technological innovation. Aiming at the characteristics of radar structure design, such as multi-variety, small batch, fast updating and multi-disciplinary coupling, the present situation of existing structural design and methods, digital prototype and information technology is studied, the main problems at this stage are summaried, and the construction of integrated design and manufacturing platform, full three-dimensional collaborative design, intelligent data management and intelligent toolset are put forward. The realization method of radar intelligent design technology is presented. It is of great significance for improving design efficiency and intellectualization, and playing its guiding role in scientific research and production. Developing direction of future structural design technology is also preseated.
