摘要
为了有效地循环利用转炉钢渣,攀钢结合热泼法和热闷法工艺的特点,开发了"闷泼法"转炉钢渣预处理工艺。结果表明,渣水比控制在0.035~0.045时,可使转炉渣的粉化率提高到90%,游离氧化钙含量下降2.58%,为后序生产创造条件。
        In order to effectively recycle converter slag, the steaming and splashing process for pretreating converter slag was developed in Pangang by combining the characteristics of the hot splashing process with those of the hot disintegration process. The practice results show that the degradation ratio of converter slag could be increased to 90% and the content of free Ca O could be reduced by 2.58% when the ratio of slag to water was controlled to be in the range 0.035 to 0.045,which offered favorable conditions for the subsequent production.
