摘要
主要介绍了武钢CSP产线近年来的技术创新实践情况,主要包括低耗高效铁水脱硫技术、低成本转炉冶炼技术、洁净钢高效冶炼技术、稳态浇铸技术和薄材稳定轧制技术。通过技术创新,铁水脱硫钝化镁单耗降低了0.007kg/(t·s),转炉冶炼平均返硫质量分数减少0.000 6%;转炉石灰消耗降低了9.67kg/t,转炉钢铁料消耗降低了8.32kg/t;无取向硅钢钢中C,S,N,Ti质量分数总和不大于80×10~(-6)的比例达到93.6%,T.O质量分数小于20×10~(-6)的比例达到93.5%;浇铸过程保护浇铸Als质量分数损失不大于50×10~(-6)的合格率和增氮质量分数不大于3×10~(-6)合格率分别为97.69%,98.58%;薄规格(厚度不大于2.0mm)热连轧产品的月产量达到8.28万t/月。
Technology innovation practices in recent years of CSP process in WISCO were summarized,which included low-cost and high-efficiency desulfurization,low-cost converter smelting,clean steel smelting,steady casting,stable sheet rolling.Through the technological innovation,the unit consumption of passivated magnesium for molten iron desulphurization has been reduced by 0.007kg/(t s),the average reversion proportion of S has been reduced by 0.000 6%,the consumption of lime and the iron and steel material has been reduced by 9.67kg/t and 8.32kg/t respectively,besides the proportion of non-oriented silicon steel in which the total content of C,S,N,Ti no more than 80×10~(-6) has reached up to 93.6%,the proportion of liquid steel in which the amount of T.O less than 20×10~(-6) has reached up to 93.5%,the qualified rate of the loss of Als no more than 50×10~(-6) and the increase of N no more than 3×10~(-6) was 97.69%and 98.58%respectively,and the monthly output of thin gange hot-rolled strip(its thickness is not more than 2.0mm)has reached up to 82 800 tons.
