高速铁路桥下防护栅栏和维修通道设置问题及对策

摘要
对高速铁路桥下防护栅栏、维修通道设置原则和型式进行了系统总结,提出影响桥下防护栅栏、维修通道设置的主要因素。结合实际情况,将桥下防护栅栏、维修通道、灌排设施设置方案优化为:(1)在养护维修通道一侧将防护栅栏调整至维修通道内侧,实现地方和铁路共用道路,解决沿线路方向的居民生产生活通道问题;(2)在无养护维修通道一侧将桥下防护栅栏由红线内0.5m处移至桥墩承台外侧,并留出新建机耕道位置,相应解决居民耕作生产通道问题;(3)在沿线两侧及横向设置灌溉设施,纵、横向灌溉设施相结合,满足沿线农田灌溉需求。优化方案明确了桥下铁路设施和生产生活、灌排设施之间的位置关系,对现场实施和设计具有较强的借鉴意义。
        The setting principle and type of the protective fence and maintenance channel of the high-speed railway bridge are summarized systematically, and the main factors that influence the setting of the protective fence and maintenance channel of the bridge are put forward in this paper. Based on the actual situation, the design of the protective fence, maintenance channel, irrigative and drainage facilities of the bridge has been optimized as follows.(1) Adjusting the protective fence to the inner side of the maintenance channel, so as to realize common use of the maintenance channel with the local people,and solve the problem of the people's production and living channels along the railway.(2) Moving the protective fence under the bridge from 0.5 m inside the red line to the outside of the pier cap on the side of the bridge without maintenance channel, and setting aside a new position of machine tillage channel, so as to solve the problem of the people's cultivation and production channels accordingly.(3) Setting irrigation facilities on both sides of the line and combining with the vertical irrigation facilities to meet the irrigation requirements along the railway. The position relations of the railway infrastructure,the living channel, irrigative and drainage facilities have been expounded in the optimized scheme, which is used for reference in field implementation and design.
