两种抗车辙剂综合性能优劣对比研究

摘要
以山西省某高速公路掺入抗车辙剂的沥青混合料中面层工程为依托,采用试验室内现有设备,通过对比抗车辙剂基本物理性能检验、与石料的拌和粘附性、沥青混合料的路用性能,综合比较两种品牌抗车辙剂的性能优劣及其作用机理。研究结果表明:两种抗车辙剂对沥青混合料高温、低温、水稳定性能均具有改善作用,且抗车辙剂B比A具有高的熔体质量流动速率和低的软化点,整体性能更优。抗车辙剂A在与石料的拌和过程中,主要起到嵌挤填充作用,同时作为某一种粒径的弹性集料起到恢复变形的作用。而抗车辙剂B拌和后拉丝加筋可以形成空间立体网状结构,提升沥青混合料的整体性能。
        Based on the middle layer project of asphalt mixture mixed with anti-rutting agent in a expressway in Shanxi Province,the performance of anti-rutting agent and its mechanism were comprehensively compared by using the existing equipment and instruments in the test room through the test of basic physical properties of anti-rutting agent,mixing and adhesiveness with stone material,and road performance of asphalt mixture.The result of research shows that asphalt mixture has an improved effect on high temperature,low temperature and water stability.Moreover,the anti-rutting agent B has higher melt mass flow rate and lower softening point than A,and the overall performance is better.Anti-rutting Agent A mainly plays the role of Interlocking filling,while a current collector as the elastic material having a particle size of deformation of the recovery functions.The Anti-rutting agent B Brushed reinforcement can form a spatial three-dimensional network structure and improve the overall performance of the asphalt mixture.
