血管紧张素Ⅱ引起高血压的分子机制研究进展

摘要
高血压发生率高,我国高血压人口超过2.5亿,高血压及其并发症已占全球死亡原因的首位。高血压及相关机制的研究,对于其防治具有重要意义。最新研究表明血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)升高,血管紧张素1型(angiotensin receptor 1,AT1)受体上调,是造成高血压状态的关键因素。本文就这一领域分子机制研究的最新进展做一阐述,旨在梳理出高血压防治的新思路和药物新靶点。
