从《医道还元》探讨肺主气的枢机作用

摘要
在探讨枢机含义及理论的基础上,结合《医道还元》的论述,重点讨论肺主气的枢机作用,提出在辨证中应重视肺主气的枢机作用,若气治则肝为之荣,肾为之藏,脾为之升,胃为之降,谷水为之畅,脉窍为之通,卫外为之固,气血阴阳为之平衡。
To explore the meaning and theory of the pivot and mainly discuss the pivot function of lung controlling qi by combining the discussion in Yidao Huanyuan together. It is proposed that the pivot function of lung controlling qi should be emphasized in syndrome differentiation. Once the qi disorder is cured,the liver nourishes it;the kidney stores essence for it;the spleen ascends; the stomach descends; the grain and water are transformed smoothly; the pulse and orifice are unobstructed;the defensive qi protects it;and the qi,blood,yin and yang are in a balanced state.
