摘要
将六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCTP)与蒙脱土(MMT)复配,并以之为阻燃剂制备了阻燃环氧树脂。采用锥形量热仪对阻燃环氧树脂进行了燃烧测试,并对热释放速率、烟释放速率等数据进行了分析。结果表明,两种阻燃剂具有较好的协同阻燃效果,其中当MMT用量为1份时,热释放速率峰值(pk-HRR)下降了39.2%。力学测试表明,HPCTP的引入可以提升环氧树脂的拉伸性能,而同时加入1份的MMT可使体系的拉伸性能达到最佳,添加过量的MMT则会导致体系力学性能下降。
        The flame retardant epoxy resin was prepared by adding hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene(HPCTP) and montmorillonite(MMT) simultaneously, and the combustion test was carried out using cone calorimeter, and the heat release rate and the smoke production rate were analyzed. The results show that the two kinds of fl ame retardants have better synergistic fl ame-retardant effect, and the peak value of HRR can be decreased by 39.2% when the dosage of MMT is about 1 phr. The mechanical test shows that the addition of HPCTP can improve the tensile properties of epoxy resin, while the tensile properties reach the best when the dosage of MMT is 1 phr, and the excessive MMT leads to the decrease of the mechanical properties of the system.
