乙烯装置三机透平结垢分析及在线清洗技术应用

摘要
对乙烯装置三大压缩机透平结垢机理和原因进行了分析,汽包带水和减温水劣质化是透平结垢的主要原因,提出了3项防止透平结垢的措施。同时分析了国内外透平在线清洗的案例,结合自身实际情况和流程模拟计算,制定了对结垢透平进行在线湿蒸汽清洗的方案,介绍了两次在线清洗过程并分析了在线清洗效果。通过比较清洗前后透平的运行工况表明,在保证装置安全运行的基础上,在线清洗效果良好,改善了结垢透平的运行工况,各项参数基本恢复到运行初期的水平,有效延长了乙烯装置的运行周期。从源头上控制蒸汽品质是控制乙烯装置三大压缩机透平结垢的根本方法。
        The causes of fouling on three compressor steam turbines in an ethylene plant were analyzed,which were the steam with water from the steam drums and the desuperheating water deterioration. Three measures were put forward to prevent the turbine fouling. Cases of online cleaning steam turbines at home and abroad were investigated. Combined with the actual situation and process simulation,an online cleaning plan was worked out to remove the fouling in the steam turbines by wet cleaning,which had already applied two times successively. The online cleaning effect was good,the operate mode of the turbines was improved and the operating cycle of the ethylene plant was prolonged. It was suggested to control the steam quality to reduce the fouling on the steam turbines.
