赵玉庸治疗儿童过敏性紫癜性肾炎经验

摘要
紫癜性肾炎主要发生于儿童和青少年,反复发作,治疗棘手。赵玉庸教授有多年治疗本病的临床经验,认为本病为本虚标实,肺脾肾亏虚为本,风热瘀毒侵袭为标,病理改变为络脉受损,"肾络瘀阻"为基本病机,治疗采用分期治疗,扶正祛邪;通络为要,重用虫药;培本固元,预防复发的方法,取得较好临床疗效。文章总结赵玉庸教授治疗儿童过敏性紫癜性肾炎经验,为临床治疗本病提供思路和方法。
Henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN) mainly occurs in children and adolescents. It is recurrent and difficult to treat. Professor ZHAO Yu-yong has many years of clinical experience in the treatment of this disease, and he consideres that asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality was the nature of this disease. Deficiency in lung, spleen and kidney is the root cause of this disease, and invasion of wind, heat, blood stasis, and toxin evils are the external inducement of this disease. The pathologic change of this disease manifestes as venation damage, and the basic pathogenesis of this disease is blockade of kidney collateral, so the treatment are mainly divided into two phases as strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil, and reusing of insect drugs; reinforcing the vital essence and strengthening the primordial qi to prevent recurrence. This paper summarized professor ZHAO Yu-yong's experience in treating children henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis to provide ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of this disease.
