摘要
提高教师工作满意度是提高教育质量、办好人民满意教育的关键。基于我国31个省、306个县的8 150名教师调查数据,采用结构方程模型,通过满意度指数模型分析发现,教师工作满意度指数得分为67.24,处于基本满意状况。教师的政府保障感知对工作满意度的总体效应处于较高水平,并通过学校支持感知和教育期望间接影响工作满意度水平。教师非常重视政府所提供的保障条件,政府保障是决定教师工作满意度的关键因素。政府亟待出台政策提高教师整体保障水平,包括社会尊重、收入待遇、民主决策、评职制度等,以及优先关注农村、西部地区、男性及教龄高等满意度较低的教师群体。
        Improving teachers' job satisfaction plays a key role in the improvement of education quality and therunning of education to the satisfaction of the people. This study,based on a survey of 8,150 teachers from 306 countiesout of 31 provinces across China with the structural equation model,shows findings as follows:The score on the teachers' job satisfaction was 67.24,indicating that the teachers were satisfied with their job merely at an average level;in terms ofthe factors affecting their job satisfaction,their perception of the government support had a considerable effect on their jobsatisfaction,and their perception of school support and their expectations for education had an indirect effect on their jobsatisfaction;and the teachers attached great importance to the government support,a key factor affecting their jobsatisfaction. The author concludes that it is imperative for the government to make relevant policies to render more supportand service to teachers,including social respect,salaries and benefits,democratic decision-making,and professionaltitle appraisal,and that the government is supposed to give first priority to those teachers who showed their job satisfactionat a low level,such as those working in rural or western areas,those men teachers,and those with a long time of teachingexperience.
