摘要
组织学是医学教育中的一门基础课程,研究机体的微细结构及功能,包括理论教学和实验教学两部分。学生通过实验课验证理论知识,加深对理论知识的理解和记忆,实验课教学效果直接影响学生对该门课程的掌握程度。传统的组织学实验课以观察玻片标本为主,"讲授-示教-答疑"的教学模式有诸多的弊端,急需改进。信息与网络技术的发展为组织学实验教学改革提供了有力支撑。数字切片的应用,不仅解决了教学资源不足的难题,也显著提高了教学效果。以数字切片为基础,我校全面改革了组织学实验课的教学方式和考核形式,文章简要做一总结,为信息化时代组织学教学模式改革提供参考。
Histology is a basic course in medical education. It studies the micro-structure and function of the body, including theoretical teaching and experimental teaching. Students verify theoretical knowledge through experimental classes and deepen their understanding and memory of theoretical knowledge. The effect of experimental teaching directly affects students' mastery of this course. The traditional histology experimental class was mainly based on observing glass specimens. The teaching mode of"explaining-teaching-answering"has many drawbacks and needs urgent improvement. The development of digital and network technology provides a powerful support for the reform of histology experimental teaching. The application of digital slices not only solves the problem of insufficient teaching resources, but also improves the teaching effect. Based on the digital slices, our school has comprehensively reformed the teaching methods and assessment forms of the histology experimental courses. This paper briefly summarizes and provides a reference for the reform of the histology teaching mode in the information age.
