基于MASTA的单斜齿轮微观修形优化研究

摘要
为了分析不同齿轮微观修形方式对齿轮性能的影响,以一对单斜齿轮为例,基于MASTA软件对不同微观修形方式下的齿轮性能进行了仿真,计算并分析了8种齿向修形方案和4种齿廓修形方案下的齿轮接触斑点及传递误差,得到不同单项修形仿真结果的优化效果。根据单项修形的优化特点,制定了6种综合修形优化方案。研究表明:最优方案可将齿面最大接触应力范围由原始的341~486 MPa降低到83~448 MPa;传递误差下降了30%,波动量下降了55%;同时,接触斑点云图的仿真结果说明,最大接触应力处于齿面较中心位置,该微观修形优化方案有效地改善了齿轮的啮合性能。
        To investigate the influence of different kinds of gear micro-modification method to the gear performance,the model of a pair of herringbone gear wheel has been established by MASTA software and the gear performance has been simulated with various modification methods.8 kinds of axial modification methods and 4 kinds of tooth profile modification methods have been analyzed to calculate the gear contact spot and mesh error,in order to realize the regularity and optimization of these single variables.Furthermore,on the basis of the optimization features of the single variable modification,6 kinds of synthetical micro-modification method have been identified.It has been found that with the best modification scheme the contact stress of the tooth surface can be decreased to 83-448 MPa from the original value of 341-486 MPa,the constant mesh error is reduced by 30% and the peak to peak value of the constant mesh error is decreased by 55%.Meanwhile,the simulation result of the contact spot figure shows that with the modified gear the max contact stress is located in the middle of the tooth surface instead of the root.
