摘要
BIM数据标准IFC支持建筑项目生命周期各信息的表达。但实际项目各阶段业务主要根据特定信息开展,急需建立一种标准化的表达方法定义建筑项目特定阶段业务的数据交换需求。以建筑项目综合系统MEP的信息交付为研究对象,研究BIM技术的标准IDM在我国建筑领域的本地化应用。首先,经国内MEP设计的数据交换需求调研,分析设计阶段的MEP数据流;然后采用BPMN方法设计MEP工程中暖通、电气、给排水专业的设计阶段交付流程,并详细描述流程中各任务的功能、分析和表现;通过分析MEP设计交付流程中各任务的数据交换需求,提出数据交换需求定义矩阵,确定MEP工程各构件及其属性的交换需求。案例表明,该方法提高了BIM信息交付的精度和效率。
        IFC is a data schema of BIM technology which is rich enough to represent building information throughout the building life cycle. However,in real projects,different business tasks at each stage need specific information,so it is urgent to establish a standardized method to define data exchange requirements at specific stages. Information delivery in MEP design was studied for developing native IDM implementation in Chinese projects. Firstly,comprehensive literature review on data exchange requirements in domestic MEP design was conducted to analyze data flow of MEP design. Secondly,process maps of mechanical,electrical and plumbing design were defined by using BPMN method,and the function,analysis and performance of each task were elaborated in these process maps. After analyzing data exchange requirements of each task in MEP design,the data exchange requirement definition matrix was proposed to identify exchange requirements of MEP objects and their attributes. Test results showed that IDM method could improve the accuracy and efficiency of BIM-based information delivery.
