混合式教学模式下工科类高等院校HRM在线课程教学优化研究

摘要
近年来"以学生发展为中心理念"的课程建设及教学改革,在全国高校得到积极响应。新经济形势下,如何积极促进高校院校人力资源管理课程改革,成为工科类高等院校管理课程教学改革的重要内容之一。文章通过混合式教学模式下人力资源线上课程的教学优化研究,借鉴国内外的一些先行教学理论和经验,从大学生实际出发,以增强素质和提高能力为教学目标,在高校人力资源管理课堂教学的基本理念及常用实务操作方法方面,进行了一些尝试。为促进工科类院校人力资源管理教学改革,提出了一些合理化建议。
In recent years, the curriculum construction and teaching reform of "student development as the central concept" have received positive responses in colleges and universities nationwide. Under the new economic situation, how to actively promote the reform of human resources management courses in colleges and universities has become one of the important topics in the teaching reform of management courses in engineering colleges. Through the teaching optimization research of human resources online course under the hybrid teaching mode, this paper draws on some advanced teaching theories and experiences at home and abroad, and starts from the actual situation of college students, with the aim of enhancing quality and improving ability, and teaching in human resources management in colleges and universities. Some attempts have been made in the basic concepts and common practices. In order to promote the reform of human resources management teaching in engineering colleges, some reasonable suggestions have been put forward.
