摘要
目的探讨95%乙醇不同作用时间对大鼠子宫内膜损伤程度的影响。方法在大鼠宫腔内给予95%乙醇,作用时间分别为15s、30s、60s和120s;在处理后7d,观察大鼠子宫的大体形态,并采用组织形态学的方法观察大鼠子宫内膜修复情况以及子宫内膜的厚度和腺体数量分析。结果 95%乙醇作用15s组子宫腺体数量明显减少,出现纤维化;作用30s组子宫出现点状淤血,外观较光滑,宫腔狭小,纤维化面积增大;作用60s和120s组子宫管表面出现皱痕,有明显淤血,并且子宫内膜明显变薄。结论 95%乙醇处理时间15~30s对子宫内膜的损伤可能更贴近临床刮宫的损伤程度。
Objective:To explore the effect of different treatment time of 95% ethanol in rat uterine cavity on the endometrial injury.Methods:In this study,95% ethanol was injected into the rat uterine cavity for 15 s,30 s,60 sand 120 s,respectively.Seven days after the treatment,the rat uteri were collected,and the degree of endometrial repair,endometrial thickness and the number of gland were observed by morphological analysis.Results:It was shown that in the treatment group with 95% ethanol for 15 s,the number of gland in the endometrium was obviously reduced and fibrosis appeared in endometrium;In the treatment group with 95% ethanol for 30 s,the uterus showed the punctate congestions,the uterus surface was smooth,and the uterine cavity became smaller,with the area of fibrosis increased in the endometrium;Moreover,in the treatment groups with 95% ethanol for 60 sand 120 s,the uterus surface showed creases and obvious congestions,and the endometrium became much thinner.Conclusions:These results showed the status of endometrial injury in rat caused by 95% ethanol for 15~30 s,was similar to the morphological changes in human endometrium caused by uterine curettage.
