门诊血常规标本TAT时间监测及改进

摘要
目的探讨门诊血常规标本周转时间(TAT)的实时监控与持续改进措施。方法对贵州省人民医院检验科血液组在工作流程实施改进措施前2017年9-11月的门诊血常规标本TAT进行实时监控与统计分析,2017年11月份后通过优化标本流通环节、人员定岗,提升检测效率,并观察实施改进措施后2017年12月至2018年2月的门诊血常规标本TAT的实时监控与统计分析,着重分析实验室内各时间段的TAT,观察TAT在采取改进措施后的变化。结果实施改进措施后,TAT逐渐缩短。结论通过TAT实时监控分析与改进措施,优化标本运输流程,提升检验科服务能力,对门诊标本采集、送检等流程的管理和改善实验室内检测效率等手段,是缩短TAT的关键。
Objective To explore the real time monitoring of outpatient blood routine specimens turnaround time(TAT)and continuous improvement measures.Methods TAT of outpatient blood routine specimens was performed the real time monitoring and statistical analysis before implementing the improvement measures of work process in the blood group of clinical laboratory department of the Guizhou Provincial People′s Hospital from September to November 2017.By optimizing the specimen circulation links,personnel determining post and increasing the detection efficiency after November 2017,the real time monitoring and statistical analysis of outpatient blood routine specimens TAT were performed after implementing the improvement measures from December 2017 to February 2018,which focused on analyzing TAT at different time periods and observing the TAT change after adopting the improvement measures.Results After implementing the improvement measures,TAT was gradually shortened.Conclusion Analyzing and improving the measures by TAT real time monitoring,optimizing the specimen transportation process,increasing the service ability of clinical laboratory department,managing the outpatient specimen collection and submission process and improving the laboratory detection efficiency are the key to shorten TAT.
