摘要
从各种产业数据分析,中国报业已越来越不具备市场化运行条件,沿袭了几十年的原有报业运行机制和理念已不符合当前的发展环境,需彻底变革。当前报业转型发展所要做的:一是在中央大政方针的框架下,加快推进媒体经济体制改革,形成对报业的"供血造血"扶持机制;二是积极发展多元产业,形成盈利平台,支持报业舆论平台建设;三是立足自身盈利资源与盈利能力,利用新媒体矩阵的传播能力,在专刊专版、购买服务、媒体智库、内容收费等方面寻求经济支持,打出报业、产业、财政的组合拳。
        The analysis of various industrial data shows that the newspaper industry has increasingly derailed from market-oriented trajectories. The original operating mechanism and concept of newspaper industry, which has been followed for decades, are not in line with the current development environment and need to be thoroughly changed. At present, the transformation and development of the newspaper industry should be carried out according to the framework of the CPC Central Committee's policies and guidelines. First, we should accelerate the reform of the media economic system to form a supporting mechanism as newspaper industry's "blood supply and hematopoiesis." Second, we should actively develop diversified industries and form a profit platform to support the construction of the newspaper public opinion platform. Third, we should make use of the profitable resources, capacities and communicative power of the new media matrix to form media conglomerates to seek economic support in the form of special edition, purchase service, media think tank, payment for content and so on.
