摘要
针对剥除椰子外衣纤维时效率低等问题,设计一种基于仿生钢丝辊刷的集成式除椰衣机。该椰子除衣机工作时,先利用划皮辊子结构将椰子外层纤维斩断,随后利用仿生钢丝辊刷勾除椰衣纤维,最后利用磨砂辊轮对椰壳做打磨处理,实现椰衣去除机械化。为了验证仿生钢丝辊刷勾刷椰衣方案的可行性,设计仿生钢丝辊刷除衣试验装置进行试验。由试验可得,在合理的参数组合下,除椰衣厚度R_Δ>25 mm,满足椰子加工工艺要求,为集成式椰子除衣机设计提供试验支撑。
        An integrated removing coconut fiber machine based on bionic steel wire roller brush was designed to solve the problems of low manual efficiency. The integrated removing coconut fiber machine consists of a skinning device, a skinning device and a grinding device. In its operation, the coconut outer layer fibers are cut off by using of a cutter roller. Then, with the bionic steel wire drum brush's sharp edge and elastic toughness are used to remove the coconut fibers without damaging the inner coconut shell. Finally, the coconut shell is polished by a grinding roller wheel. Realize the automation of coconut fiber removal. In order to verify the feasibility of using bionic steel wire roller remove to scour coconut clothes, a test device for removing coconut clothes with bionic steel wire roller brush was designed. It can be obtained from the test that the coconut fiber can be removed by scouring under a reasonable combination of parameters, which meets the technological requirements of coconut processing, i.e.R>25 mm. It provides theoretical support for the design of integrated removing coconut fiber machine.
