摘要
目的探讨血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)在胃癌患者血清中的表达情况及与临床分期的关系。方法将87例胃癌患者作为胃癌组,同时选取86例健康体检者作为对照组,检测两组研究对象血清中SOD、GSH-Px、MDA的表达水平并分析其与临床分期的关系。结果胃癌组患者血清SOD、GSH-Px水平均低于对照组,MDA水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃癌患者血清SOD、GSH-Px水平随TNM分期的升高而降低,MDA水平随TNM分期的升高而升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SOD、GSH-Px、MDA参与了胃癌的发生发展,且与临床分期有关,为今后治疗胃癌提供了新的靶点。
        Objective To investigate the expression of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in patients with gastric cancer and relevance to clinical staging. Method 87 patients with gastric cancer were selected into gastric cancer group, and 86 patients with normal physical examination into control group. The expression levels of SOD, GSH-Px and MDA in serum of each group were detected and the relavance of expression levels to clinical staging was analyzed. Result The serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px in patients with gastric cancer were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the serum levels of MDA in patients with gastric cancer significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Serum SOD and GSH-Px levels in patients decreased significantly with increasing TNM stage, however, MDA levels significantly increased with increasing TNM stage(P<0.05). Conclusion SOD, GSH-Px and MDA are involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, which are relavent to clinical staging, providing new targets for future treatment of gastric cancer.
