摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定哈敦嘎日迪-13丸中总没食子酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对处方中的没食子酸总量进行含量测定。其色谱条件为:C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm×5μm),柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈-0.1%三乙胺的0.1%磷酸溶液(1:99),检测波长273nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果:色谱峰分离情况良好,没食子酸在0.1113μg/m L~0.6677μg/m L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000),平均加样回收率(n=9)为98.56%(RSD=0.69%)。结论:本法所建立含量测定方法科学可行、灵敏性高、重复性好、精确度高,可用于哈敦嘎日迪-13丸的质量控制。
Obje ctive : To determinate the contents of gallic acid in Hadungaridi-13 Pill. Methods:An HPLC method was used and Pheomenex Luna C18 was selected(250 ×4.6 mm ×5 μm), acolumn temperature was 30℃, the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution of 0.1% triethylamine(1:99)were mobile phase the detecting wave length and velocity were273 nm and 1.0 m L/min repectively. Results:There were established a good linear relation between 0.1113~0.6677μg/m L of gallic acid, r=1.000,the average recovery was 98.56%,RSD was0.69%. Conclusion:The method had the advantages of simple and easy operation, sensitive and accurate and exhibited a good separation effect.The methods can be used to determination of contents and quality control of the Hadungaridi-13 Pill.
