医护康快优康复路径的构建与应用研究

摘要
目的建立肩关节置换术后患者的医护康一体化康复方案及视频宣教内容,观察其应用效果,为临床护理提供可应用的新的干预方案。方法依据"快优康复外科理论"构建医护康一体化管理团队及医护康快优康复路径,并将其应用于肩关节置换术后,观察康复效果。结果制定了肩关节置换术后四阶段快优康复方案,应用于14例肩关节置换术后患者,进行功能测,Constant评分结果均为优,美国肩周外科协会评分指数ASES测评结果均为优。结论肩关节置换术后四阶段快优康复方案科学可行,适合于临床患者康复过程中应用,可在临床推广。
Objective To establish integrated rehabilitation program of medical care and health and the content of video education after shoulder arthroplasty.Methods According to the theory of "quick excellent rehabilitation surgery",the integrated management team of medical and nursing and the path of rehabilitation were constructed.It was applied to the shoulder arthroplasty,and then the effect of rehabilitation was observed.Results The four stage quick and excellent rehabilitation program after shoulder arthroplasty was developed.The results of constant evaluation were excellent in 14 cases of shoulder joint replacement patients.The American Shoulder Surgery Association score index ASES test results were excellent.Conclusion The four stage quick and excellent rehabilitation program after shoulder arthroplasty is scientific and feasible.It is suitable for clinical patients to be applied in the process of rehabilitation and can be applied in clinical practice.
