心力衰竭患者姑息照护影响因素及对策的研究进展

摘要
<正>心力衰竭是心脏疾病的终末期阶段,据估计全球有超过2 600万心力衰竭患者[1-2],而中国心力衰竭患者估计约有450万[3],并且随着老龄化的趋势,患病率继续呈上升状态。近年来,虽然国内医疗卫生发展迅速,但是心力衰竭患者的预后仍不容乐观。研究[4-5]证明心力衰竭患者1年的生存率为11%～25%,5年生存率为50%,并且随着病情的发展,患者的症状负担、经济负担、生活质量低下等问题显著增加,给国家造成了沉重的医疗和经济负担。而姑息照护在改
