希浦氏起搏临床应用最新进展

摘要
应用起搏器治疗症状性心动过缓及心脏传导功能障碍至今已有几十年历史。最初的右心室起搏随着大型临床试验的开展,其心室起搏失同步的局限性逐渐被证实。随后出现的双心室起搏被证实适用于有明显双心室收缩不同步的心力衰竭患者。逐渐应用于临床的希氏束起搏,因其顺序起搏希氏束浦肯野纤维传导系统,保证了双心室同步收缩,近几年几项临床研究充分证实可以改善缓慢性心律失常及心力衰竭患者的预后。
