摘要
随着生产中对细粉及超细粉加工的需求,利用超声技术进行粉碎得到了越来越多的关注。通过理论计算求出超声变幅杆的参数。通过有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对设计的圆锥形过渡段阶梯形复合超声变幅杆进行了模态分析和谐响应分析。通过模态分析和谐响应分析能够直观验证所设计的超声变幅杆的性能指标,为超声变幅杆的设计提供了一种校核方法。
With the demand for processing of fine powder and ultrafine powder in production, more and more attention has been paid to the use of ultrasonic technology to comminution. In this paper, the parameters of the ultrasonic horn are calculated by theoretical calculation. Through the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the trapezoid ultrasonic horn with a cone-shape transition are carried out. Through modal analysis and harmonious response analysis, the performance index of the designed ultrasonic horn can be verified intuitively and can provide a checking method for design of the ultrasonic horn.
