摘要
为提高果园中果蝇的诱集效果,减少果蝇种群数量,本研究在室内及樱桃园中对诱集液的成分、配比以及诱集的时间和诱集器的孔径、颜色进行了优化。结果表明,以糖、醋、红酒和水为主要成分的诱集液最优配比为2:1:2:5,诱集器孔径为6 mm、颜色以红色或橙色诱集效果较好;如果在诱集液中加入脱落的樱桃和166.67 g/L的酵母,诱集效果会明显提高;诱集时间在18:00—20:00时效果最佳。本研究将为果蝇的预测预报与防治提供指导。
        In order to improve the trapping effectiveness on fruit flies and reduce the populations of Drosophila spp.,the methods were optimized through selecting and confirming the composition and proportion of trapping liquids,the trapping time,the color and pore size of trap in laboratory and cherry orchards. The results showed that the trapping effectiveness was the best when the optimum ratio of sugar,vinegar,red wine and water in trapping liquids was 2:1:2:5,the trap pore diameter was 6 mm and the color was red or orange.The trapping effectiveness could be significantly improved if the fallen cherries and 166. 67 g/L of yeast were added into the trapping liquids. Moreover,the optimum trapping time was selected from 18:00 to 20:00. The results could provide guidings for forecast and control of fruit flies.
