语言发育迟缓儿童的智能发育水平分析
摘要
目的探究语言发育迟缓儿童的智能发育水平。方法选取2016年1月至2016年10月于广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院儿童保健门诊就诊的196例语言发育迟缓儿童作为研究对象,其中儿童的年龄在18～48月之间,运用Gesell发育量表对所有研究对象进行评估,比较并分析18～24月、25～30月、31～36月,以及大于36月4个年龄阶段Gesell发育量表、5个能区的生理年龄与发育年龄之间的差距、发育商(DQ)以及语言发育异常两组患者的智能发育迟缓程度的比例,其中18～24月、25～30月、31～36月3个年龄阶段的儿童作为对照组,大于36月的婴幼儿作为观察组。结果根据Gesell发育量表评估的结果显示,两组儿童的平均发育商低于正常的儿童,两组儿童对应的5个能区生理年龄与发育年龄之间的差距分别是4.9±6.9月、7.1±8.1月、14.0±7.3月、8.0±7.1月,7.9±8.7月。对照组的5个能区对应的发育商明显高于观察组。同时对照组发育年龄与生理年龄之间的差距小于观察组,以上每组数据相比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论年龄在36个月以上的儿童仍有语言发育问题,绝大多数不仅仅是语言发育迟缓,往往是全面的发育迟缓,需要引起家长的足够重视。
