探讨0-6岁儿童语言发育迟缓相关影响因素

摘要
目的研究语言发育迟缓儿童相关影响因素,为临床早期发现、综合干预提供科学依据。方法对2016.6-2018.6河北省承德医学院附属医院儿保门诊就诊的6岁以下儿童应用Gesell发育量表进行语言发育评估,选取语言发育迟缓儿童为研究对象,通过问卷调查收集资料,进行统计分析,评估儿童语言发育迟缓的相关危险因素。结果宫内生长发育迟缓、早产、育儿方式、主要抚养人、家庭内语言种类为儿童语言发育迟缓的独立危险因素。结论做好孕期保健,提倡优生优育,儿保医生及儿童照料者及时认识到语言发育的有利及不利因素,早期发现、早期干预,以促进儿童的语言发育。
Objective To study the influencing factors of children with language Delay and provide scientific basis for early detection and comprehensive intervention in clinic. Methods From June 2016 to June 2018, the language development of children under 6 years old in the pediatric care clinic of Chengde Medical College Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Province was assessed by Gesell Development Scale. LD children were selected as the research object. Data were collected through questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis was carried out to assess the risk factors of LD in children. Results Intrauterine growth retardation, premature birth, parenting style, main caregivers and family language types were independent risk factors for LD in children. Conclusion Do a good job of pregnant health care, advocate eugenic and eugenic childbearing, the child care doctors and child caregivers timely recognize the advantages and disadvantages of language development, early detection and early intervention, in order to promote children's language development.
