灯盏乙素对瑞舒伐他汀在大鼠体内药代动力学特征的影响

摘要
目的探讨在大鼠体内灯盏乙素对瑞舒伐他汀的药代动力学特征的影响效果。方法选择试验大鼠12只作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组6只,所有试验大鼠均予以瑞舒伐他汀灌胃处理,对照组无其他处理,观察组则加用灯盏乙素灌胃处理。在不同时点收集试验大鼠血样,测定瑞舒伐他汀血药浓度,并计算药代动力学情况。结果两组试验大鼠体内药代动力学参数在Cmax、AUC0-1、CL2/F上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组大鼠Cmax、AUC0-1明显更高,而CL2/F明显更低,但两组在t1/2、tmax上差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀灌胃处理试验大鼠,加用灯盏乙素后会明显影响大鼠体内药代动力学指标,促进Cmax、AUC0-1升高,CL2/F下降,可见影响明显。
        Objective To investigate the effect of scutellarin on the pharmacokinetics of rosuvastatin in rats. Methods Twelve rats were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. There were 6 rats in each group. All the rats were treated with rosuvastatin orally. There was no other treatment in the control group. Lamp sputum is administered by gavage. Blood samples of the test rats were collected at different time points, the blood concentration of rosuvastatin was measured, and the pharmacokinetics were calculated. Results There were significant differences in the pharmacokinetic parameters between Cmax, AUC0-1 and CL2/F between the two groups(P<0.05). The Cmax and AUC0-1 of the observation group were significantly higher. CL2/F was significantly lower, but the difference between t1/2 and tmax was not significant(P> 0.05). Conclusion Rats treated with rosuvastatin were treated with scutellarin, which significantly affected the pharmacokinetics of rats, promoted the increase of Cmax, AUC0-1, and decreased CL2/F.
