摘要
目的研究腹部B超在胎儿先天性心脏病筛查中的应用价值。方法选取我院产科2017年2月~2018年4月收治的500例妊娠中晚期孕产妇作为研究对象,采用腹部B超对孕产妇进行先天性心脏病产前筛查。通过观察孕产妇宫内胎儿的胎心形态、房室结构等情况,分析腹部B超在胎儿先天性心脏病产前筛查中的应用价值。结果 500例孕妇经腹部B超检查结果显示,40例存在胎儿先天性心脏病,经彩超及尸检结果证实,38例存在胎儿先心病,准确率为95.00%,2例误诊,误诊率为4.76%。其余460例均为健康新生儿,无先天疾病,其中36例胎儿出生后存在黄疸症状,经蓝光照射治疗后恢复健康。结论在孕产妇妊娠中晚期采用腹部B超对先天性心脏病胎儿进行筛查,具有较高的检出率,有利于减少出生缺陷,提高出生人口质量。
        Objective To study the application value of abdominal ultrasound in the screening of fetal congenital heart disease. Methods A total of 500 cases of maternal in the middle and late pregnancy who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to April 2018 were selected as subjects. Pregnancy screening for congenital heart disease was performed in maternal. By observing the fetal heart shape and the structure of the fetus in the maternal uterus, the application value of abdominal B-ultrasound in prenatal screening of fetal congenital heart disease was analyzed. Results The results of B-ultrasound examination of 500 maternal showed that 40 cases had fetal congenital heart disease. The results of color Doppler ultrasound and autopsy showed that 38 cases had fetal congenital heart disease, the accuracy rate was 95.00%, 2 cases were misdiagnosed, and the misdiagnosis rate was 4.76%. The remaining 460 cases were healthy newborns, and there were no congenital diseases. Among them, 36 cases of fetuses had symptoms of jaundice after birth and recovered after treatment with blue light. Conclusion Abdominal ultrasonography has a high detection rate in screening fetuses with congenital heart disease in the second and third trimester of pregnancy, which is conducive to reducing birth defects and improving the quality of the birth population.
