摘要
采用带气开孔技术,由于作业区完全密封,无法看到作业区内部,作业过程中的效率较低。文中对常用的燃气管道带气开孔设备机型进行研究和改造,为设备添加可视化功能。通过对于可视化需求的研究,通过台架实验的方式不断改进方案,实现了对作业区域内部的可视化监控。
The hot tapping technique was used,the internal situation can not be seen because the working area is completely sealed,efficiency is low in the process. In this paper,the machine model of gas pipeline hot tapping machine was studied and reformed,thus adding visualization functions. Through the study of visualization need,the case was continuously improved in the way of bench experiment. The visual monitoring of the working area was realized.
