摘要
设计了一种高效水位传感器自动测试系统,上位机通过USB转232接口连接气压控制器,通过气压控制器控制密闭气室的气压达到一个设定值,上位机通过MODBUS协议依次从频率表读出连在密闭气室上的水位传感器的实际频率,将该气压值下的期望频率减去实际频率得到频率误差,根据是否超出规定的误差范围来判断该水位传感器在该气压设定值是否合格。重复上述步骤,完成多个气压设定值下的水位传感器测试,如果水位传感器在所有气压设定值都合格,则判断该水位传感器合格,否则为不合格。结合计算机控制软件,能一次完成对多个水位传感器的测试。现场使用情况表明,该系统大大提高了水位传感器的测试效率。
        An automatic and high efficiency water level sensor test system is designed. The upper computer connects the air pressure controller through the USB to 232 interface. The air pressure in the closed air chamber is controlled to the specified value, the upper computer reads the corresponding frequency of the water level sensor connected to the closed air chamber from the frequency meter in turn through the MODBUS protocol, and the desired frequency is subtracted from the actual frequency to get the frequency error under the specified air pressure value. Whether the water level sensor is qualified under the specified air pressure value according to whether or not it exceeds the specified error range. Repeat the above steps to complete the test of water level sensors under multiple specified air pressure values. If the water level sensor is qualified at all specified air pressure values, then the water level sensor is judged to be qualified, otherwise it is not qualified. Combined with computer control software, multiple water level sensors can be tested at one time. The field application shows that the system greatly improves the test efficiency of the water level sensor.
