摘要

目的:探讨应用碘海醇做对比剂进行子宫输卵管造影的应用价值,提高放射科及临床医生对非离子型对比剂的认识。方法:收治不孕症患者40例,行碘海醇子宫输卵管造影,分析其影像学表现及临床意义。结果:碘海醇做子宫输卵管造影,子宫及输卵管均显影良好,显影速度快,检查时间明显缩短,对患者不良反应明显减少。结论:用碘海醇子宫造影,影像质量及操作技术明显优于传统碘化油造影,且对临床不孕症患者有诊断和治疗价值。
        Objective:To explore the value of application of iohexol in Hysterosalpingography,to improve the understanding with nonionic contrast agent of Department of Radiology and clinician.Methods:We selected 40 cases of infertility patients,these patients underwent hysterosalpingography using iohexol,then we analyzed its imaging features and clinical significance.Results:Iohexol was used in hysterosalpingography,developing of the uterus and fallopian tube was good,the development speed was quick,examination time was shortened obviously,and the adverse reaction of patients was significantly reduced.Conclusion:Using iohexol for hysterosalpingography,image quality and operation technology is superior to traditional lipiodol angiography,and there are value of clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility patients.
