导盲机器人的用户体验研究与设计

摘要
针对视障群体出行状况进行访谈试验,评估导盲机器人的用户体验要素,为导盲机器人后期设计提供规范、适用的参考依据。通过用户意向词描述及权重分析、视障者信息感知实验等进行研究,对用户研究后的数据进行定性和定量分析。其用户研究结果包括视障者常见路况信息分类、视障用户认知特点、人机交互方式和出行辅具体验要素等,分析数据结果中对设计研究的影响因素,找到切实的功能转化点进行深入设计。基于用户体验的研究设计了一款导盲机器人的概念模型,模拟仿真实验进行用户测评得出,该设计方案在用户体验、信息传递的有效性等方面切实可行,验证了导盲机器人的研究中用户体验起到的积极向导作用,同时关于导盲机器人研究的功能合理性、流程优化、用户使用体验以及可接受度也应纳入研究范围。
        Interview test was conducted for the travel status of visually impaired people,and the user experience elements of the blind guiding robot were evaluated,providing a normative and applicable reference basis for the later design of the blind guiding robot. Based on the description and weight analysis of users' intention words and the information perception experiment of visually impaired people,this paper conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis on the data after users' research. Common classification of traffic information the user research results including the visually impaired,visually impaired user's cognitive characteristics,way of humancomputer interaction and assistive devices experience elements such as travel,analysis of the influence factors of design research in data results,find real function transformation point for further design. End based on the research of user experience design,the concept of a seeing-eye robot model simulation experiments for user evaluation,the design scheme in user experience,and the validity of the information transfer is feasible,t is verified that user experience plays an active guiding role in the research of the blind guiding robot,and the functional rationality,process optimization,user experience and acceptability of the blind guiding robot research should be included in the research scope.
