2010—2015年广西贵港市吸毒人群艾滋病及相关危险行为的变化趋势分析

摘要
目的:分析2010—2015年广西贵港市吸毒人群的艾滋病及相关危险行为的流行变化趋势。方法:于2010—2015年在贵港市各吸毒人群哨点抽取调查对象,进行面对面问卷调查及HIV、梅毒和HCV抗体血清学检测。结果:2010—2015年共调查6 314名吸毒人员,以本省汉族青壮年男性为主。吸毒人群艾滋病知识知晓率由83.68%上升至96.55%(P=0.000),注射过毒品的比例从95.45%下降至61.02%(P=0.000),与别人共用针具的比例从42.67%下降至33.54%(P=0.000),且最近一年与固定性伴或者商业性性伴发生性行为时坚持使用安全套的比例随年份增加呈上升趋势(P=0.000)。贵港市吸毒人群HIV、梅毒和HCV阳性检出率均呈明显下降趋势(12.21%~6.05%,9.99%~5.40%,69.59%~47.16%,P=0.000)。结论:广西贵港市吸毒人群HIV/AIDS流行及相关危险行为呈明显下降趋势,针对中年男性吸毒者及其家庭的艾滋病防治宣传教育将成为该人群的艾滋病防治工作重点。
Objective:To investigate the change of HIV/AIDS epidemic and related risk behaviors among drug users(DUS)in Guigang,Guangxi from 2010 to 2015.Methods:DUS were sampled from sentinel points in Guigang during 2010-2015,face-to-face questionnaire survey and the serological detection about HIV,syphilis and HCV antibodies were carried out.Results:A total of 6 314 drug users were investigated from 2010 to 2015,most of them were yang male adults who were Han nationality from Guangxi.From2010 to 2015,the proportion of their HIV knowledge raised from 83.68% to 96.55%(P =0.000).The proportion of DUS who injected drugs decreased from 95.45% to 61.02%(P =0.000),and who shared needle declined from 42.67%to 33.54%(P=0.000).However,the proportion of consistent condom use of DUS showed a significant up-trend(P=0.000).During 2010-2015,the positive rates of HIV,syphilis,and HCV were significantly declined(12.21%-6.05%,9.99%-5.40%,69.59%-47.16%,P =0.000).Conclusion:HIV/AIDS epidemic and related risk behaviors of DUS in Guigang,Guangxi showed a significant down-trend,and the AIDS prevention and control work aiming at DUS should focus on middle age male DUS and their families.
