摘要
为了减轻小(轻)型卡车装载散状物料时的人工劳动强度,设计了一款料斗可折叠的小型装载机。文中提出了总体设计方案,料斗在重载段为张开状态,装载量最大;在回空段为折叠状态,有效节省了机身下的空间,降低了整机高度。建立了料斗的物理和数学模型,利用Matlab软件确定了机身倾角和料斗张开角的最佳倾角均为60°,使整机装载能力至少达到12. 5m3/h。设计了导轨的形状及其位置参数,保证料斗的张开与折叠,并利用Pro/E软件对装载段料斗的运动轨迹进行了仿真,仿真结果表明料斗在由折叠到张开的过程中实现自动装载功能。
In order to reduce the labor intensity of small( light) truck when loading bulk materials,a small loader with foldable hopper is designed. The overall design scheme is: the hopper is open in heavy section and has the largest loading capacity and the hopper is folded in the return section,which effectively saves the space under the frame and reduces the height of the machine. The physical and mathematical models of hopper are set up. The optimum angle of the frame and the hopper opening angle is determined 60° by using MATLAB, so that the loading capacity of the machine reaches at least12. 5 m3/h. The shape and position parameters of the guideway are designed to ensure the opening and folding of the hopper.The trajectory of the hopper in the loading section is simulated by Pro/E. The simulation results show that the hopper can automatically load during the process from folding to opening.
