耳穴贴压治疗中低危高血压临床效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨中低危高血压采用耳穴贴压治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2016年10月-2017年10月笔者所在医院收治的108例中低危高血压患者为研究对象,根据随机数字法将其分为两组,其中对照组采用常规西药治疗,而观察组再联合耳穴贴压治疗,对比分析两组疗效。结果:治疗前,两组的收缩压和舒张压水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组的舒张压和收缩压水平均下降,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比较对照组而言,观察组的治疗总有效率较高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,两组的IMT、ACR、2 h尿蛋白量、LVEF及LVMI水平对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上给予中低危高血压患者耳穴贴压治疗可以保护靶器官,提高疗效。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of auricular acupoint pressing for middle and low risk hypertension.Method:From October 2016 to October 2017,108 cases with middle and low risk in our hospital were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was combined with auricular acupressure treatment,the effects in two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,two groups of systolic and diastolic blood pressure were no difference(P>0.05),after treatment,compared with the control group,diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were decreased,the differences were significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a higher efficiency,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),at the same time,the two groups had statistical significance of IMT,ACR,2 h,LVEF and LVMI urine protein level comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can protect target organs and improve the curative effect by treating middle and low risk hypertension patients with auricular acupoint pressure.
