摘要
为解决航天舱体结构件中凹、凸特征并存的识别问题,同时排除不规则起伏轮廓对识别过程产生的干扰,提出了基于导向式搜索的特征识别方法。建立了虚拟特征库以描述特征模型,并依据库中信息制定搜索条件;同时采用全局导向搜索的方式,存储满足搜索条件的特征表面,在完成搜索后确定特征类型,从而避免对模型进行局部分割时受干扰信息影响。实例验证结果表明,该方法能够有效地识别舱体结构件中的凹、凸特征。
To solve the problem of feature recognition with concave and convex mixed features coexisting in space cabin structure and filter interfering from irregular contours,an oriented search algorithm of feature recognition was proposed.A virtual feature library was designed to describe the model of manufacturing features and conditions for searching were selected according to the library.The algorithm faced to all manufacturing features in whole field was chosen to avoid the disturbance by irregular contours when module was segmented.According to the conditions provided by library,the process of search was leaded to features cater to conditions.At the end of the process,the affirmation of features was completed with appointed conditions.Verified by the practical example of the recognition parts,the algorithm can recognize concave and convex features.
