摘要

基于张仲景对胸痹心痛"阳微阴弦"的论述,总结赵青春应用温通汤辨治胸痹心痛的经验。经脉闭阻,血行不畅,痰浊、瘀血、寒凝、气滞阻痹胸中是胸痹心痛发病之关键,根据"阳微阴弦"的基本病机,提出用温通法治疗,拟温通汤辨证加减。同时提出要注意心肾阳气的关系,在温心阳的同时,注意温肾阳,临证多合用参附汤、右归饮。
        Based on ZHANG Zhongjing's exposition of "weak pulse at yang and wiry pulse at yin" for chest discomfort and heart pain,this paper summed up the experience of ZHAO Qingchun in applying Wentong Decoction(温通汤) to treat chest discomfort and heart pain. Meridian obstruction,unsmooth blood circulation,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis,cold coagulation,and qi stagnation in the chest are the key to the pathogenesis of chest discomfort and heart pain. According to the basic pathogenesis of "weak pulse at yang and wiry pulse at yin",it is proposed to use the method of warmly dredging for treatment,with modified Wentong Decoction based on syndrome differentiation.Meanwhile,it is necessary to pay attention to the relationship between heart and kidney yang qi. At the time of warming heart yang,attention should be paid to warming kidney yang. Clinical treatment usually combined with Shenfu Decoction(参附汤),Yougui Decoction(右归饮).
