The effects of traditional Chinese medicine on D114-Notch signaling pathway and revascularization are discussed from the aspects of D114-Notch signaling pathway, study on the effects of TCM on D114-Notch signaling pathway and the study on the effects of TCM on revascularization, it is pointed out that D114-Notch signaling pathway is one of the more mature and effective approaches to fight against tumor revascularization, and its mechanism is to block the pathway and inhibit revascularization, while the study on mediating D114-Notch signaling pathway to promote revascularization has never been reported, and it would become the new research direction for TCM in trauma and microsurgical tissue repair, which could further enrich the theory of TCM.
