女性下生殖道HPV不同感染类型的血清INF-ε水平

摘要
目的:探讨女性下生殖道人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染类型与血清干扰素-ε(INF-ε)水平的关系。方法:将2014年1月至2015年1月在我院确诊为下生殖道HPV感染的女性患者230例作为研究对象,依据HPV感染的类型分为HPV低危型感染组(105例)和HPV高危型感染组(125例),选取同期妇科健康体检的妇女(30例)作为对照组。3组都进行血清INF-ε水平和HPV感染及类型的检测。结果:对照组与HPV低危型感染组之间的血清INF-ε水平无显著性差异,而HPV高危型感染组血清INF-ε水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:女性下生殖道HPV高危型感染者血清INF-ε水平下降。
        Objective: To explore the relationship between Serum INF- εlevel and the type of Human Papillomavirus Infection in low genital tract of female. Methods: In 230 cases of HPV infection in shiyan Hospital during Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2015 which were divided by HPV test to 105 patients with Low- risk Human Papilloma virus Infection and 125 patients with high- risk Human Papillomavirus Infection. 30 heath women of taking physical health examination were control group. serum INF- εlevel were detected in the three groups. Results: There was no difference between the heath women and the patients with Low- risk Human Papilloma virus Infection in INF- εlevel. The women with high- risk Human Papilloma virus Infection in low genital tract were obviously lower than heath women in INF- εlevel. Conclusion: The Serum INF- ε level is low in women with hign- risk Human Papillomavirus Infection in low genita l tract.
