摘要

目的:探讨血清干扰素(interferon,INF)-ε水平与生殖道人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma oirus,HPV)感染预后的相关性。方法:230例生殖道HPV感染患者作为观察组,30例健康人作为对照组,两组都进行血清INF-ε水平与生殖道HPV感染的检测。结果:观察组的血清INF-ε水平低于对照组(P<0.05),同时随着宫颈病变程度的增加,血清INF-ε水平也降低。直线相关分析显示血清INF-ε水平与生殖道HPV感染预后存在负向相关性(P<0.05)。结论:血清INF-ε水平与生殖道HPV感染预后存在相关性,随着血清INF-ε水平的越低,生殖道HPV感染呈现出宫颈癌发展的趋势。
        Objective: To discuss the relativity between the serum INF- ε level and the prognosis of HPV infection in genital tract. Methods:230 cases of HPV infection in genital tract were selected as observation group and 30 cases of healthy individuals as the control group,with serum INF- ε level and HPV infection in genital tract in the two groups detected. Results: Serum INF- ε level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),and meanwhile serum INF- ε level also decreased with the increase of the degree of cervical lesions. Linear correlation analysis showed that there was negative relativity between the serum INF- ε level and the prognosis of HPV infection in genital tract(P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The relativity between the serum INF- ε level and the prognosis of HPV infection in genital tract exists,and HPV infection in genital tract showed the trend of the development of cervical cancer with the lower level of the serum INF- ε.
