中医外治小儿过敏性鼻炎综述

摘要
过敏性鼻炎又称为变应性鼻炎,我国古代称其为"鼻鼽",其病机标于肺而本于脾、肾,多为本虚标实之证。近几年随着环境污染的加重小儿过敏性鼻炎人数也逐年增多。中医外治法在治疗本病方面存在着毋庸置疑的优势。本文通过查阅大量中医外治法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的相关临床研究资料,分析小儿过敏性鼻炎的治疗情况,并从针刺灸法、药物敷贴、中药外治法3个方面综述了外治法治疗的研究进展,为完善小儿过敏性鼻炎的治疗方法提供参考。
Allergic rhinitis, also called allergic rhinitis, our country ancient times referred to as allergic rhinitis, its pathogenesis in lung and the spleen and kidney, for the certificate of the empty mark. The number of allergic rhinitis in children increased year by year in re-cent years. There are indisputable advantages in the treatment of this disease. In this paper, through consulting a large number of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis related clinical data, analysis the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis, from acupuncture and moxibustion, drug patches, traditional Chinese medicine external treatment three aspects, summarizes the research progress of external treatment to treat provide reference to improve the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis.
