摘要
根据普通铣床加工同一批次、多数量的零件的速度设计了一种实用定位器,并对定位器装配方案、应用结果、设计原理和优化特性等内容进行详细说明。随后对定位器各组件结构和尺寸进行详细说明。该定位器设计注重结构工艺性、操作方便灵活,有效提高了生产效率。
A practical positioner is designed according to the speed of the same milling machine to process the same batch and a large number of parts. The positioning device assembly scheme, application results, design principles and optimization characteristics are described in detail. The structure and size of each component of the positioner will be described in detail later.The locator design pays attention to structural process, convenient and flexible operation, and effectively improves production efficiency.
