摘要
本文利用内蒙古自治区5个城市208位家政服务人员的实地调查数据,采用计量经济学方法研究了职业素养对家政服务人员收入的影响。研究结果表明,在控制其他因素不变的情况下,家政服务人员的职业素养,尤其是隐性职业素养,对其收入有显著影响,而家政服务行业从业人员的受教育程度和工作经验对其收入水平并没有显著影响。因此,加强对家政服务人员职业素养,特别是隐性素养的培训,对于提高家政服务人员收入水平和促进家政服务产业发展至关重要。
