摘要

基于自动化仪表系统维护和维修的管理特点,提出了广义仪表设备的概念。在工厂管理中常用的设备完好率统计考核办法的基础上,进一步提出了广义仪表设备有效完好百分率统计考核办法。
        Basing on the characteristics of maintenance and management of the instrument system for automation,the concept of generalized instrument system was proposed.Basing on the commonly-used stastistics and assessment method for the serviceability percentage of equipment,a new statistics and assessment method concerned was put forward to provide new idea and method for both management and maintenance of the instrument in the production.
