高校工会提升学校凝聚力的作用及途径探究——以宁波大学为例

摘要
高校工会作为联系领导和教职工的桥梁和纽带,在凝聚力建设工程中具有特殊的优势,故工会要充分发挥自身职能,为高校建设作出积极贡献。近年宁波大学工会为学校凝聚力提升作出了许多重要贡献,如着力推进体制机制建设、为教职工搭建成长平台、关注教职工不同层次的身心需求、开展丰富多彩的教职工文体活动等。新形势下,高校工会应加强自身建设,完善教代会制度,推进工会创新机制建设,为实现学校的快速稳定发展而奋斗。
As the bridge between the leaders and the staff in college,the college trade unions have special advantages in the construction of cohesion.So the college trade unions should give full play to their functions,and focus on the sustainable development of the college,making positive contributions to the construction of college.In recent years,the trade union of Ningbo University has made great contributions to the promotion of college cohesion,including promoting institutional construction,building a platform for the development of the staff,paying attention to the physical and mental needs of the staff,and developing rich and colorful cultural and sports activities.As time going on,new efforts are still needed for the college trade unions to promote the inner construction actively,motivate the staff's enthusiasm and sense of ownership effectively,and exert their initiative and creativity,aiming to maximize the college development and cohesion promotion.
